Circle Pendant on Black & Brass Chain

I've had a spool of this rubber upholstery piping for years and haven't been sure how to use it. It was sourced from my favorite San Francisco recycling center with loads of other random sewing findings and half used spools of upholstery trim and elastic cord. I had to thrift another suitcase to bring it all back to Chicago!
