All [wired] products are handmade by me from recycled, upcycled, repurposed and surplus materials and are limited edition or one of a kind pieces. I salvage these materials from a variety of sources including recycling centers, surplus shops, bars, donations and very often directly from the manufacturers who discard them. SHIPPING--
FEDEX or the local post depending on where in the world I am at the moment you order. I travel often promoting [wired] and I will do my best to ship to you in the most reliable and least expensive way. I am diligent about tracking packages when tracking is available, communicating with you about any delays and making sure you get your item as soon as possible.
If you have a preference for shipping or need priority shipping, please let me know via the CONTACT link. I try to use the USPS as little as possible. My prefered method of shipping is Fedex Ground or Fedex Home Shipping when I am in the US and French Poste from the caribbean. If you have the option to ship to your place of business, Fedex Ground is a few dollars cheaper than Fedex Home Delivery service.
Unless it is marked "Instant Gratification" most items are made to order and will ship approximately 1-2 weeks after purchase depending on the current production schedule. I will email you a tracking number when the item is shipped so you are able to follow its progress.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES--
I would, of course, like for you to be happy with your [wired] purchase. If you receive your purchase and it is just not for you, I will happily exchange it for another item within 2 weeks.
I stand by my work, so if there is some problem with its construction, please let me know within 7 days. Please do not ship anything back without specific shipping instructions first, as I travel often I want to be sure that nothing ends up lost in the mail or sitting in my P.O. Box.
